What to know about 4mygarage plans

Picking a plan by the size of your shop

The user count means the people actually working in the platform: mechanics closing work orders and the person taking cars in. A shop with two or three mechanics and one service advisor fits the Start plan; a workshop with several bays and a second shift needs Plus or Pro. You can change plan at any time without losing data.

What the customer limit means

The limit counts customer records, not cars taken in per month. A customer with three cars still uses a single record. Job history and work orders stay attached to that record, so you can see what was done to the car when it comes back a year later.

The vehicle record and work orders are in every plan

Modules are not sold separately: the vehicle record, the work order with labour and parts, service reminders and the analysis summary are part of every plan. What changes between tiers is the number of users and customer records.

Service reminders and how they are calculated

For each car, the next service date is the date of the last job plus an interval, 6 months by default, which you can set. You see when a car is due again without keeping a separate calendar.

Analysis summary from your work orders

Aggregated indicators come from the work orders of your service, based on the jobs and parts recorded on each car.

Vehicle reception, from check-in to close

Reception records the mileage on arrival, the customer complaint and the scheduled date. The work order moves through its states step by step, from reception to closing, and labour and parts lines take their default prices from your catalogue.
